THE UNFILTERED CEO

A 12-week confidential coaching program for CEOs and founders who are done leading on filtered information.

Everyone tells you what you want to hear. When did someone last tell you you're wrong?

The Unfiltered CEO gives you the one thing your title can't buy: a completely honest, completely confidential thinking partner who helps you see your blind spots, build a leadership team that actually leads, and carry the weight of the title without it carrying you.

Founders cohort limited to 5 CEOs · Starting early 2027 · 1:1 and small-group, online

No pitch deck, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are, where you're stuck, and whether this is the right fit.

What nobody says about the top job

You're surrounded by people all day, and you've never been more alone in your thinking. Most CEOs carry three problems they rarely say out loud.

1. The truth problem. The higher you rise, the more your information gets filtered. People soften bad news, agree too quickly, and stop telling you how you actually come across. Your blind spots grow exactly when the stakes are highest.

2. The team that isn't a team. You hired brilliant executives. So why does it feel like you're the only one thinking about the whole company? Turf gets defended, hard conversations get avoided, and the real decisions keep landing back on your desk.

3. The weight of the title. The board, the investors, the culture, the next quarter, the people who depend on you. There's no peer inside the business you can think out loud with, so you carry it alone.

None of this means you're doing the job badly. It means you're doing a job that was never designed to be done alone.

The program: Truth, Team, Title

Twelve weeks, three phases, each built around one of those problems.

Phase 1: Truth (Weeks 1–4)

You can't lead well on information you never receive. This phase gives you the honest picture.

You walk away with:

  • Confidential 360° interviews with your board chair, executives and key staff, conducted by your coach so people actually speak freely

  • Your Blind Spot Map: how you're really experienced, where it helps you and where it costs you

  • Your Pressure Profile: how you show up when things get hard, and the early warning signs

  • Three development priorities, agreed with you and grounded in evidence, not opinion

  • Your DISC, Resilience, and Influence profiles completed and reviewed

Outcome: You see yourself the way your company sees you, and you know exactly what to work on.

Phase 2: Team (Weeks 5–8)

Your leverage as CEO comes through your executive team. This phase turns a group of strong individuals into a team that leads the whole company.

You walk away with:

  • An honest assessment of your executive team: who's aligned, who's stuck, who's in the wrong title

  • A framework for handling conflict among senior leaders before it becomes politics

  • A plan to hand over real ownership so decisions stop bouncing back to you

  • A first draft of your succession thinking for your critical roles, including your own

  • DISC profiling of your senior leadership team (up to 5 profiles)

Outcome: Your team starts carrying the company with you, not leaning on you.

Phase 3: Title (Weeks 9–12)

The CEO role is unlike any other. This phase is about leading the enterprise from the top: inside, outside and within yourself.

You walk away with:

  • A stronger, more strategic working relationship with your board

  • A clear approach to the stakeholders who shape your future: investors, partners, key clients

  • A deliberate plan for the culture you're creating through your own visible behaviour

  • A sustainable operating rhythm that protects your energy, judgment and life outside work

  • An energy assessment to help you maintain your energy levels at all times

Outcome: You lead from the title with clarity and stamina, instead of just surviving it.

Why this works when other coaching doesn't

Most coaching fails for one of three reasons: the CEO never fully trusts the coach, the goals are vague, or nothing changes between sessions. The Unfiltered CEO is built to fix all three.

  • Total confidentiality. Nothing you say reaches your board, your team or anyone else. That's what makes real honesty possible, in both directions.

  • Real data, not guesswork. Your priorities come from what your stakeholders actually say, so you're working on what matters most, not what's most comfortable.

  • Accountability where change happens. Every session ends with one or two actions to apply that week. A follow-up pulse check with your stakeholders in Week 12 shows you what has actually shifted.

Built around a CEO's calendar

We will schedule a 60-minute 1:1 session every fortnight, a monthly small-group roundtable, and short applied actions in your real work. Sessions move when your week does. Between sessions, you can message your coach when a hard decision can't wait.

The Unfiltered Guarantee

If after your first two 1:1 sessions you don't feel this is the most honest, useful leadership conversation you have, tell us. We'll refund your investment in full, no questions asked.

Who This Is For (and Who It Is Not)

This is for you if:

  • You're a CEO, managing director or founder leading an executive or senior team

  • You suspect you're not getting the full truth, and you'd rather know than not

  • You're carrying decisions your team should be carrying

  • You want an edge, not a fix: you're performing, and you want to lead at a higher level

  • You are ready to take action

This is not for you if:

  • You want someone to agree with you

  • You're looking for a business consultant to tell you what to do

  • You're not willing to hear feedback from your own people

What's included

Investment

The investment is discussed on your call, once we both know the program is the right fit. Payment plans are available.

Consider the alternative: one poor executive hire, one avoided conflict that festers, or one board relationship that sours can cost a business many times more than a year of coaching.

Founders cohort bonuses (first 5 CEOs only):

  • A bonus 1:1 session with one of your executives, focused on your working relationship

  • A 90-day follow-up session after the program to lock in what's changed

  • Preferential pricing on any future coaching or roundtables

Why only 5 places

Confidentiality and depth don't scale. The roundtables work because they're small, trusted and free of competitors, so the founders cohort closes at 5 CEOs.

How to start:

1.

2.

3.

Book a confidential 30-minute conversation. At a time that suits you.

Talk honestly about where you are. We'll explore what's working, where you feel stuck, and which of the three problems is costing you most.

Decide together. If it's a fit, you'll get your onboarding details and diagnostic date. If it isn't, you'll still leave with a clearer view of your next move.

FAQ

Is this really confidential? Yes. Nothing you share is reported to your board, investors or team. Stakeholder feedback from the 360° is shared only with you.

How is this different from a consultant or mentor? A consultant tells you what to do in the business. A mentor shares what worked for them. A coach helps you think more clearly, see what you can't see, and lead differently, with your own judgment at the centre.

I'm already a successful CEO. Why would I need this? You probably don't need it. The best CEOs use coaching the way elite athletes do: not because something is broken, but because small improvements at the top compound across the whole business.

What if my week blows up? It will. Sessions reschedule easily, and between-session access means you're not waiting a fortnight for help with a hard call.

Can my company pay for it? Yes. Most participants' companies fund the program as leadership development.
